What Is a Revolving Business Line of Credit?
A revolving business line of credit provides access to an approved credit limit. You can draw funds when needed, make scheduled repayments, and restore borrowing capacity as principal is repaid, subject to your financing agreement and ongoing eligibility. Unlike a traditional lump-sum loan, it can serve as a reusable working capital resource.
How Revolving Credit Works
1. Apply and receive an approved credit limit based on underwriting.
2. Access available funds through your designated funding portal, subject to program conditions.
3. Repay according to your financing agreement.
4. As principal is repaid, borrowing capacity may become available again.
The advantage: you generally do not need to return to a bank or broker for a new application each time you need an eligible draw.
Ideal for Businesses Managing Accounts Receivable
Companies operating on Net 15, Net 30, Net 60, or longer payment cycles can face cash flow gaps between completing work and receiving customer payments. A business credit line can help bridge those gaps while payroll, vendors, inventory, and operating expenses continue. It can also support seasonal needs and other eligible working capital uses.
Business Line of Credit Program Highlights
• Credit limits up to $2,000,000 for qualified businesses
• Financing opportunities in all 50 states
• Minimum 12 months in business
• Minimum $40,000 monthly business revenue
• Select repayment terms up to 36 months
• Interest as low as 1% per month on select stronger-credit programs
• Weekly repayments on most programs; monthly options on certain approvals
• Existing short-term MCA debt may be acceptable, subject to overall debt load and cash flow
All limits, rates, terms, draw rights, and repayment schedules depend on the financing provider, underwriting, and applicable agreement. A monthly interest rate is not the same as APR; applicants should review all fees and repayment terms.
Business Line of Credit Qualifications
Applicants must generally have at least 12 months of operating history and generate $40,000 or more in monthly revenue. Sufficient cash flow is necessary to support additional debt. An existing merchant cash advance does not automatically prevent approval, but multiple concurrent MCA positions or overleveraged scenarios may disqualify an applicant. Some SIC codes and industries are ineligible. Contact us to discuss your specific business profile. Meeting minimum criteria does not guarantee approval.
